Volunteering

Every volunteer at HCA is required to complete a set of volunteer forms that are available by contacting the main office. Or potential parent volunteers can find the links to the volunteer forms below. All need to signed and submitted to the HCA Front Office.

Volunteer Medical Information

If parents volunteer at HCA, you are required to have a current police check/criminal record check/vulnerable sector check (CRC) on file with the school.

• Police checks/CRC/Vulnerable Sector Checks need to be renewed every two years. They should be submitted to the HCA Front Office within 3 months of issue date. Be sure to send it as a PDF format.
• Contact HCA Front Office if parents require a police check.
• If parents live outside the City of Calgary, they will need a formal letter from the HCA Front Office to take to their local RCMP detachment.
